Eligibility and Acceptance

Product Descriptions and Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Because our sculptural candles are handcrafted, slight differences in color, texture, frosting, fragrance intensity, crystal placement, dimensions, surface finish, and other details may occur. Screen settings and photography can also affect how colors appear.

Natural soy-wax characteristics and minor handmade variations are not defects. Product availability, packaging, components, and specifications may change when reasonably necessary, provided the change does not materially reduce the product purchased.

Designer Inspired References and Third Party Marks

Some product names, fragrance references, shapes, or descriptions may refer to third-party fashion or fragrance brands for identification or inspiration. All third-party names, logos, and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, Lorene’s Luxury Candles is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by those third parties.

Candle Use and Safety

Sculptural candles are decorative objects that may also be burned only when the product label and product description permit. Burning is optional. Always follow the product label and candle-care instructions.

• Place the candle upright on a stable, level, heat-resistant, nonflammable tray that can catch wax
• Trim the wick to approximately one-quarter inch before each burn
• Keep the candle within sight and away from drafts, vibration, children, pets, and anything flammable
• Do not move or touch the candle while the wax is hot
• Do not burn longer than the time stated in the product instructions and extinguish before leaving the room or going to sleep

You are responsible for using each candle safely and according to its warnings. Stop using a candle if the container, base, wick, flame, or wax behavior appears unsafe.

Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or misuse of the site. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.

Prices Taxes and Payment
